After purchasing tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. We will not be providing digital or physical tickets.

1. Ticket Requirement

All attendees must present an ticket order confirmation for entry. Order confirmation emails can be printed or digital.
If someone else purchased your ticket for you, please bring a copy of the order confirmation with you and a valid form of ID.
If you are buying a ticket for another attendee, their name is required on the order. List their full name in the special instructions section at checkout. (Applies to tickets purchased for groups of 8+).

2. ID Requirement

Ticket purchaser and any accompanying attendees must present a valid form of ID upon entry.
All student passes require valid Student ID upon entry. If invalid, attendee will be charged the adult ticket fee at the door.

3. Wristbands for Re-Entry

Wristbands are required for in-and-out privileges. Attendees must obtain their wristbands at the gate.

Guests First and Last names will be required in 'Order Special Instructions' section at checkout. (Applies to tickets purchased for groups of 8+).

'Group8+' discount ONLY applies to day passes.

Discounted rate will automatically be applied to your order once a minimum of 8 day passes have been added to your cart.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable Refund Policy.
